A 3D animated recreation of an accident can help show a jury what a witness might have seen from their vantage point as well as what a driver would have seen. Legal Graphicworks works closely with the accident investigators and forensic engineers to determine the speed, direction, and paths of the vehicles. The accuracy of the animation depends upon the information provided by the investigators and witnesses. Using photographs of the scene a very accurate model can be constructed which allows everyone to view what would have been seen by those involved based on the evidence. It is a great tool for demonstrating what may or may not have been seen by a driver or a witness.
In recreating a crime scene, it is a great tool for visually telling a story. Not only is it more engaging to the jury but it leaves a more lasting impression of the story you are telling.
