"When it comes to trial exhibits and litigation support, no one is better, Legal Graphicwork’s assistance was the most significant factor outside of the evidence that helped us win the acquittal." Jose Baez, Esquire – Lead Defense Attorney for Casey Anthony
Jeffrey M. Liggio, Esq. , Past President of Florida Justice Association
Folks,
I have been remiss in not sending this out much sooner. Late last year we tried a bad faith case here in Palm Beach County and we received a hung verdict. (Anybody who thinks I win them all, is wrong…..).
We had the opportunity, for the first but not the last time, to work with our terrific, local, team LEGALGRAPHICWORKS . In case you haven’t visited their website, it is: www.legalgraphicworks.com
Jim Lucas, and Tyler Benson, accomplished everything that we asked of them and more.
“Legal Graphicworks was absolutely fantastic. Jim and Tyler were professional, attentive, available and very creative. They worked superbly under tight time constraints (and our presentation had to be put together over the Christmas Holiday) and put together a presentation for our mediation that received very strong reviews. In a case involving a mass disaster like ours, Mediators are going to see alot of impressive presentations, and having ours stand out due to the work of Legal Graphicworks was really a testament to the quality of their product. I would recommend that if your thinking about putting together a visually persuasive presentation, you would be well served to contact Legal Graphicworks. Lastly, their prices were incredibly reasonable and we received terrific value for the investment in our case.
[Palm Beach, FL; October 3, 2011] – Legal GraphicWorks, a local Palm Beach trial presentation firm, has been hired by Ed Chernoff, the lead attorney representing Dr. Conrad Murray in the high profile manslaughter trial of Michael Jackson taking place in Los Angeles, California. Legal GraphicWorks was most recently involved in two other well-known trials in Florida: the Casey Anthony trial in Orlando and the Dalia Dippolito trial in West Palm Beach.

Although Legal GraphicWorks is headquartered in Palm Beach, Florida, it is not unusual for the firm to work on cases outside of Palm Beach County. Technology and overnight mail make it possible for video and presentation materials to be delivered in time for each day’s opening.
“Law firms throughout the country turn to us because of our competitive pricing and quick turn around time. We are in contact with the attorneys throughout the trial and often spend many hours talking into the night, adjusting our visual aids to the twists and turns of the trial,” said Jim Lucas, CEO and President of Legal GraphicWorks.

Legal GraphicWorks’ presentations are designed to educate and engage the attention of jurors during a trial by incorporating state-of-the-art technology in videography, computer animation, graphic art and presentation technology. Members of the firm represent two of approximately twelve technicians in South Florida that are certified as trainers in TrialDirector presentation software. The implementation of this sophisticated software and creative presentation techniques allows the attorney to simplify the complicated task of collecting, organizing, retrieving and displaying documents for trial.
Legal GraphicWorks is located at 205 Worth Avenue, Suite 301, Palm Beach, Florida. For additional information, call 561.655.0678 or visit www.legalgraphicworks.com.
“Thank you so much for your great help inthe Anthony case. Your ideas were brilliant and the way you put together the photos and composition were clearly effective. Your timeline with magnetic strips forced the jury to take one issue at a time vs. just seeing a particular component.
I’m looking forward to working with you in the future.”
“Legal GraphicWorks helped us take an extremely complicated and evidence-intensive case and explain it to the jury in a very clear and easy-to-understand manner resulting in an acquittal for our client. Jim and his highly skilled team worked with us for nearly 8 weeks, and each day they delivered on time and on budget. Their can-do attitude and willingness to shift directions during the trial, working through the night to deliver, made them a valuable part of the trial team. These guys are pros and know what it takes to win at trial.”
Cheney Mason, Esquire – Defense Attorney for Casey Anthony
Legal Graphicworks based in the town of Palm Beach worked with the Anthony defense team producing visual evidence and trial graphics for the trial. The company churned out the visuals used by the defense to drive home its points with jurors. Is the company surprised by the verdict?
“We’ve been involved in enough of these things that quite honestly nothing is surprising. These things can go an any direction. And it’s our system,” said Jim Lucas, CEO of Legal Graphicworks. “We worked very hard at painting the picture that the defense wanted to paint. Do I think it made a difference? Absolutely I do.”
The CEO says there was a circus-like atmosphere at the Anthony trial. Toward the end he says they needed a police escort to get in and out of the courtroom.
“My goal is to make the jury agree with our case. In order to achieve that goal, it’s important that they understand the intricate details and facts of the case. Legal GraphicWorks has the technical expertise and know-how to make that happen,” said Jose Baez, lead defense attorney for Casey Anthony.
“Because there are no witnesses in this case, the jury will rely heavily on the forensic evidence provided, and the use of visuals to present this evidence in the clearest and most organized manner will be critical,” continued Baez. “And as added benefit, using these types of visual presentations in today’s over stimulated world will help keep our jury focused and attentive.”
Airing right after a “Nightline Special” on the Cassy Anthony trial, Channel 25 ABC Palm Beach News aired a story on the work that Legal Graphicworks has done in the trial. Jim Lucas, CEO and Andrew McClary, Vice President of Interactive Media, talk about the use and power of 3D graphics and visual aids in telling a story to the jury.
Closed Captioning of Dalia speaking to the man who tipped the cops
Legal Graphicworks assisted the State Attorney’s office with closed captioning of the hidden car video which was used as evidence in convicting Dalia Dippolito of solicitation to commit first-degree murder. Legal Graphicworks synced up the transcript of the video with the video to make it easier for the jury to understand what was being said.
Dalia Dippolito was convicted of solicitation to commit first-degree murder of her husband after hiring an under cover cop as a hitman to kill her husband Michael Dippolito. She now faces 28 years of prison. The judge in the case is hearing testimony in the sentencing of the trial today.
