Folks,

I have been remiss in not sending this out much sooner. Late last year we tried a bad faith case here in Palm Beach County and we received a hung verdict.  (Anybody who thinks I win them all, is wrong…..).

Jim Lucas, and Tyler Benson, accomplished everything that we asked of them and more.

They are creative, innovative, and worked with us using several different types of media to create terrific demonstrative aids.  They worked at least as hard, and probably a lot harder than we did to make sure that we got what we needed, when we needed it, and if they thought that there was a better, more effective way to do something, even if they would make less money, they suggested it.

Their efforts made for a seamless presentation, which is especially important in trial, when it is imperative for the trial lawyer to concentrate on trying the case, and not the logistics of trying the case.

They were extremely reasonable in their prices as well, and for any of you who have, as I have, retained an expert or trial support experts, only to have them make your eyes water when you got the bill, the LEGALGRAPHICWORKS folks were terrific.

Frankly, I don’t like to do business with any vendors who are not also small business folks, and aren’t local.  These LEGALGRAPHICS folks fit that bill, and their capabilities and efforts surpass any of these out –of- town big companies.

Cheney Mason, Esquire – Defense Attorney for Casey Anthony

Legal Graphicworks based in the town of Palm Beach worked with the Anthony defense team producing visual evidence and trial graphics for the trial. The company churned out the visuals used by the defense to drive home its points with jurors. Is the company surprised by the verdict?

“We’ve been involved in enough of these things that quite honestly nothing is surprising. These things can go an any direction. And it’s our system,” said Jim Lucas, CEO of Legal Graphicworks. “We worked very hard at painting the picture that the defense wanted to paint. Do I think it made a difference? Absolutely I do.”

The CEO says there was a circus-like atmosphere at the Anthony trial. Toward the end he says they needed a police escort to get in and out of the courtroom.
